Prior to some Windows 10 update the mice worked fine (also when I had Windows 7 Pro installed). So strongly this indicates that the problem is in Windows. Funny thing is that when I press Windows button on keyboard (the one that opens Windows Menu) mouse works like for 3 seconds and then it stops. Sometimes one of the mice work if I input them
