Vice City File Method Go to library and right click Vice City and click on browse local files. Right click gta-vc.exe and go to compatibility tab and set these options Check set video to 640x480 and check reduced colour mode to 16bits. Run it and see if it helps. If all else fails download the widescreen mod here and drop files to the game files.
