There is time when you bump someone in the rear at the beginning and might downshift for a second instead of hitting restart. Once i won a race with 5 out of 10 perfect shifts lol
But i managed to do it with steam : Add the game to steam. Edit the controller layout in steam controller settings. Edit the game controller settings in steam and select "Enable Steam Input". Start the game via steam & Enjoy being able to do something that any game for the past 30 years should always have : a menu to edit the controller keybinds.
